Hi there! We are the Two Traveling Giraffes, tall kids who love to travel! Our names are Anna (or AC) and Dan and we want to share our travel experiences with the world! Whether we are backpacking around the world for our honeymoon or exploring different cities, we always have a blast. We believe that no matter what happens you can always find the joy in the little things and we travel by this motto. We sincerely hope that you enjoy reading about our adventures, and perhaps pick up on some tips to use on your next journey! From islands, to mountains, to deserts, to forests… the world is our playground, and we want to explore it!

First thing that most people notice when they see me, is my height. I am 6 feet 8 inches tall. So, let's get this out of the way: Yes, I did play basketball: Yes, I can dunk: No, I don’t play professionally anywhere, I’m retired now 😉: The weather is just fine up here, thank you for asking. Now that that’s over, I am an airline pilot, living my dream of being a professional aviator. What I love most about traveling is the beautiful scenery and no matter where we travel, people are people, and we have a lot more in common, than you think!

Hey friend! I’m a 6-foot-tall, curly haired gal who cannot keep her feet still! Give me a pair of tennis shoes and I would walk all over the globe if I could, talking to people the whole way. I am determined to share my smile with everyone! Life is about experiencing everything there is to offer and I have the best partner by my side! When exploring a new city, I make sure to always try out any bakery (and coffee shop!) I come across, life is too short not to eat dessert first! I believe there is excitement to be found all over this beautiful world and I am out to find it!
